Program Manager – Middle School
Location: Lafayette, CO
Compensation range: $50,000 – $60,400 / year (Exempt, Full-Time)

About the Role:
Are you an educator or youth development leader ready to bring your expertise to the nonprofit sector? As Program Manager, you will lead a cohort of 45+ middle school Dreamer Scholars, planning year-round programming — after-school, summer, case management, and family workshops — that supports academic, social, and emotional growth. You will build lasting relationships with Dreamer Scholars and their families, coach Program Specialists, interns, and Learning Partners, and partner closely with school staff to advocate for every student. Conversational Spanish is required, and a strengths-based approach to working with multicultural families is essential.
Program Specialist – Middle School
Location: Boulder County, CO
Compensation range: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour (Non-Exempt, Full-Time)

About the Role:
Do you have a passion for mentoring youth and an asset-based mindset for working with historically underrepresented communities? As a Program Specialist, you will deliver engaging after-school programming that fosters positive social-emotional growth and academic achievement for middle school Dreamer Scholars. You will build trusted relationships with students and families, lead volunteer teams, and help maintain safe, inclusive learning environments.
AmeriCorps Opportunities
We're recruiting 3 half-time AmeriCorps members (20 hours per week) to serve with the "I Have A Dream" Foundation of Boulder County from September through July 23rd.
We're recruiting for these two roles:
Program Site AmeriCorps Member – Mentor Dreamer Scholars, provide academic support, and help lead engaging programs that help students thrive.
Advancing Families AmeriCorps Member – Build relationships with families, support parent workshops, and strengthen family engagement.
Members receive a living allowance, a Segal Education Award, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Dreamer Scholars and their families.
